Sorry, not sure I agree with you. Michigan went undefeated in the B1G. Michigan had DESTROYED Ohio State... who almost beat Georgia. Alabama had two losses in the SEC, as did Tennessee. The SEC's record in this year's bowl games isn't outstanding (4-5?).

TCU's only loss was in OT in the Big 12 championship. If Bama or Tenn only had one loss, you'd have a better argument. Heck, neither team even made their conference championship.

Missed this thread earlier. Usually just flip around between the various show to see what they are doing. 2 of the 3 networks started their New Year's Eve shows at 8 pm which is far earlier then I can recall in the past. The other network did a show which seemed like extended interviews with Dolly/Mylee talking about how they made their show. I seem to recall the actual show started later. While the NY show was clearly live, it seemed to me that the one from various venues in Nashville was previously recorded.

No access to network or cable/satellite. Closest I come is streaming Yellowstone and now 1923 to Hollywood.

I watch mostly Youtube.
