Need help deciding between two options for our first morning at EPCOT!

My 60 day window opens up Tuesday morning and I'm having second thoughts on attempting FEA at RD. If the ride is down when we get there, we either wait with our fingers crossed or skip it. If the ride is down and we have a FP, we should get a FP we can use to try again later. (Is this even correct?)

Assuming
I'll be able to get a FEA fastpass at all, which option would you recommend? Any feedback is appreciated!

Option 1:
Frozen Ever After
Meet Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus
Test Track (with Fastpass)
Mission: SPACE Green (with Fastpass)
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons
Soarin'
Living with the Land (with Fastpass)
The Seas with Nemo & Friends
Turtle Talk with Crush

Option 2:
Test Track
Mission: SPACE Green
Soarin'
Living with the Land (with Fastpass)
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons
The Seas with Nemo & Friends
Turtle Talk with Crush (with Fastpass)
Frozen Ever After (with Fastpass)

I like Option 2 better because the wait time for Soarin in Option 1 is likely to be worse than the wait time for Soarin in Option 2 (since Soarin will be later in the day in Option 1).

Is single rider lane an option for you? If so, I would modify Option 2 to do Soarin first and then Test Track (single rider lane) second before Mission Space. That's what we did at Thanksgiving (with afternoon FP for Frozen), and it worked out fine.

Thanks for the thoughts on Soarin! I hadn't thought of that!

I thought about using the single rider line, but this will be our first time at Epcot. It's a mother/daughter trip for her 12th and I think I want have the full experience together at least once.

I would do Option 1 but FP Soarin instead of TT, and do TT either standby or single rider.

I would do option 2, but with a few modifications. Soarin, then test track then mission space. We did this in October and it worked out great. It was however an extra magic hour morning.

I would fp FEA, test track first at rd, then soarin. Then Nemo and figment, then cross over for mission space, spaceship earth, and Ellen (if you need a nap by this point)

By the time you finish soarin, the mission space line will be significant, but Nemo and figment will not be. Might as well do them while on that side of park and not have to do an extra criss cross, as you will be waiting for mission space anyway. Even if the mission space line is 10-15 min longer by then, it would be worth the significant decrease in walking

Agree with previous 3. Option 2 with TT and Soarin as your first two stand by. FP Mission Space over The Land. FP Spaceship Earth.
