Which Tour?

I am surprising my parents with a tour for a Christmas gift this year, and currently am trying to decide between the Segway "Around the World" tour and the Keys to the Kingdom tour. This will be a first tour for both of them. They're 58 years old, and my mom is a Disney junkie, but she did make an offhand comment a few months ago about how cool she thought the Segways were.

I currently have both booked (wishful thinking that I could afford both).
After looking at my budget I realize that I really can only do one or the other, so I'd like to cancel one of them.

Any suggestions from those who've been on both?

Both are wonderful. I think that you should pick Keys to the Kingdom though, as it is more Disney related. I *THINK* that I read that they let you ride Segways for five minutes for Free in Innoventions during the day. Thi sis something I read here, and I cannot confirm it. So this would be the best of both worlds if that Segway thing is true.

By far the best part of our last trip. Will do it again in a heartbeat!
We had so much fun. It was neat to learn to drive the Segway and to get to ride around World Showcase was awesome!!!!

I have not done the Keys tour BUT - when I researched it, I decided not because it seemed that the tour was great or horrible depending on the luck of the CM draw. The Segway CMs were good but the tour would be good even with terrible ones.

Do you have AAA? We saved 15% - call CRO and tell them you have it (if you do.)

I have only done the Segway tour. However, it was the highlight of the trip! Just fantastic! I am sure they will love whichever one you choose though!

Thanks for all the response! I think I am going to go with the Segway right now - my sister thinks that if my mom saw all of the "behind the scenes" stuff it would ruin the magic for her... I still think she would love it, but two tours for two people is just a little out of my price range.

Thanks for the info about the AAA discount - I didn't know there was one! I tried to use my DVC discount, but couldn't because the tour is for my parents, who are not DVC members (even though I am paying for it!!).

Anyway, thanks again everyone! I'll be calling today!
