Which to pick: each our own room or a 2 bedroom with family?

I agree with others saying you rent your own room where it will make your family happy. I would never sacrifice any part of my family's vacation to accommodate others who may even end up cancelling on me. If your sister is having financial difficulties that may very well happen. Irregardless, do not put it upon your shoulders to figure out the in's and out's of everyone else because they sound very undecided.

I would get your own room and let her take care of her room. You'll be glad you did. With that number of people, I'd consider a grand villa, but not a two bedroom.
