Which Studios are the hardest to book at 7-months?

When booking accommodations through Disney Vacation Club, Studios are highly sought after due to their affordability, making them popular among guests. However, this popularity leads to them being booked quickly, especially during the crucial seven-month booking window. Consequently, securing a Studio can be more challenging compared to other accommodations within DVC resorts. Studios Sleep 4 or 5 guests. Here's a list of the hardest studios to book.

Interesting.

For someone contemplating a purchase and wanting to choose a home resort, can you do the same list for 11 months? Or is it pretty much the same?

Interesting that VGF standard comes in higher than VGC studios!

What does this mean? Seasonal availability?

"Similar to the Kilimanjaro Club studios, these units do not have seasonal availability and can be booked year-round."

It is interesting. Good observation. Even though VGC has slightly more availability than VGF at 7-months,at the time of the data pull 8 am. At 8:10 am, the VGC reservations are gone, whereas the VGF studio will still have availability. If you look at the availability details for 5-month, 3-month, and 1-month from the reservation, you can see that VGC has no rooms available. At 5-month VGF 0.7 vs VGC 0.1; At 3-month VGF 0.2 vs VGC 0.0; At 1-month VGF 0.1 vs VGC 0.0.

Here's some detail.

I went to check out the availability predictor. Is there a reason I'm not seeing anything when I selecting VDH? Or am I possibly doing something wrong?

No. I don’t think DLH is in the predictor yet. I’ll update and let you know when it’s available.

I was thinking about seasonal ability when I saw that Hilton Head studios were commonly available. I bet anyone who's tried for one in the summer would disagree and find them very hard to get then.

I wondered about this. Hoping to check out HHI in a few years. Wanting to go in June but hopefully if we try for a bigger room it won't be too hard.

I've updated the predictor for Disneyland Hotel. The information is limited but I do have a full year of data.

Beach Club Studios are very hard to get at 7 months
Boardwalk Villa studios are also tough
Depends on time of year but Beach Club is always tough to get into

Perhaps you can add HH as a near impossible to get studio in the summer time. There are only 20 studios, 20 one bedrooms and 75 two bedrooms. Plus getting a waitlist is nearly impossible because the only way is if someone cancels. Unlike WDW where someone moves to another resort and frees up a room, this isn't an option for HH. I had to buy a small contract here just to get my one night drive throughs going to WDW. We do have a 5 night stay in June and know if was only possible by owning.
