I will be attending Halloween Horror Nights on Octboer 31 (Saturday) and I will be using the Attractions Assistance Pass. I know of the two Stay and Scream areas, so which of these two plans is the best to use?

1.) Wait in the Stay and Scream area by Finnegan's. Then do the four soundstage houses first before venturing to other houses.

2.) Wait in the Stay and Scream area near Springfield. Then do the first two houses, then Insidious, then the soundstage houses, and then venture to the houses not visited yet.

Which plan is better to use?

You can plan now for how you want to line up your house touring but do have a plan B also

Not all houses will open at the same time for those two holding areas you mentioned
Should be two houses open early near the Simpson area.
Same set up for finnegans SNS pen

Make your decision which holding area will be best for you as once your ticket is scanned, you there until they release you

With the assistance pass, you can easily use it immediately for the first house you visit
Once a house is listed with waits waits of 30 minutes and over, you need the TM at the house line to write on your card, your return time.
When you return, you'll be put in the express line for the house
If you plan to do the front 4 houses in a row, you can have longer waits there due to return times.

Check house waits on your phone as it will help you decide shorter line waits

I had it all planned out on dates I went
Last Sunday I did a spur of the moment change and left the park near 8:30 when the 37,000 started rolling in
Crowds were overwhelming.
Didn't see that happening....
Had already hit 5 houses with express, but not about to have 35/40 minute waits in express

You can use your assistance card anytime for bill and teds show

Have not read any predictions on crowd levels yet for your date.

Maybe it will be your lucky night with lower crowd levels and your HHN will go as you planned in advance

YMMV but our experience last week was Springfield start was much faster than Finnegan's start. We used regular express passes and finished a coupe of hours earlier when starting in Springfield. It was great fun each night, but crowds got crazy. Hopefully you'll have fewer people when you are there.

I was thinking of doing the Springfield holding area. Then do the three houses and then the soundstage houses. It will depend on how fast the crowds come in. Being that it is a Saturday and Halloween, I would think it would be rather crowded, but weirder things happen too.
