Which Sit-down Meal would you choose?

My DBF and I are going to WDW for 4 days in November. I go a few times a year and take a lot of things for granted, but this is his first time going. We've decided to try and save some money and are only going to do one sit down meal during the four days.
If you had to choose only one sit down meal, what would it be and why?

Hmmmm... I probably go with a buffet since you'd get tons of options. Hollywood & Vine or Boma would be my frontrunners. Oh, and 'Ohana would be good too. Hard to decide... :)

We always enjoy eating at one of the Worldshowcase restaurants at EPCOT. Japan is fun. We enjoyed the Teppenyaki.

What sort of meals does DBF like?

If he loves kitchy - you could do a character meal. That can be a lot of fun.

If he like exotic, there is Boma or Marrakesh....we are very fond of Marrakesh and the belly dancer is a nice touch.

Impressively themed? Sci-Fi or Whispering Canyon (though the food is less than great at either).

Comfortable and nice - Le Cellier has really good food for the price, and most people enjoy steak and potatos.

Really nice and special - California Grill - pricier.

I can't pick just one. Depends on what you like! CRT is the ultimate Disney experience, Marrakesh is one of the best World Showcase places but not "Disney", MGM has several great themed restaurants that Disney does well, and CA Grill is expensive but a great view.

i'd go to brown Derby
thought the food, atmsophere and service right on
nothing was off except the creme brullee was a little rubbery( not inedible)
can't say we had that good of meal any where else.
plus while it isn't cheap it isn't as pricey as some places

My husband and I enjoy the Biergarten in Germany (Epcot) where it's Oktoberfest everyday. We like the food, the beer and the German band for entertainment.

I would pick California Grill. That is my favorite. Great view and great food.

You say you can only afford 1 meal, but you didn't say the amount you intended on spending. You can have approximately 3 sit-down dinners at Boma for the price of 1 at Citricos..... If your budget is Citricos, you could always consider doing 3 meals at Boma-like prices... and have a meal at least 3 of the 4 days! :teacher:

Excellent quality food can be found at Boma, Citricos, Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki, Le Chefs De France. Those are our favorites.

Agree..

I think the major factor in deciding on only 1 sit down would be.....YOU and your DBF....and your likes, dislikes, and personality.

If it were me and my DW, our choice would be Whispering Canyon. But that's us. We like the fun atmosphere.

Our choices for something a little quieter would be Artist Point, Brown Derby, or Yachtsman Steakhouse.
