Which side of Downtown Disney is closest to Saratoga Springs?

I have read that you can walk from Saratoga Springs to Downtown Disney. Which side of Downtown Disney is closest? I am looking for some dining options. Thanks.

It depends on whether you are more interested in the Marketplace end or the West End end of DTD. There are connections at each end.

Are there any maps that illustrate this? I have seen the maps of Downtown Disney and Saratoga Springs, but none that show them together.

We stayed at SSR last summer and I remembered getting a lot of info over on the DVC Boards about it. We were in the Springs section, closest to the check in building and pool. I believe the walk to DTD is easiest from the Congress Park buildings. I found this for you about the distance to DTD:
