which Rides have a fast pass??

Hi there,
just wondering if someone can help me out by telling me which rides have a fast pass in DL, just doing my itinary and would like to avoid as many long lines as possible. also do any of the rides in CA have fast passes???

Autotopia (waste of time to do FP)
Buzz
Roger Rabbit (not linked to rest of the FP system)
Space Mountain
Indy
Splash Mt
BTMRR (only on weekends in off season)

*HMH (only during halloween-xmas)

DCA:
Screamin'
Tower of Terror (except when the FP machine is down during construction of the permanent pathway from ToT to Bugs Land)
Mullholland Madness
Soarin'
GRR (not sure if its all the time, only on weekends in off season, etc? Sometimes it isn't linked to the rest of the DCA FPs)
Maliboomer (not for sure since I've never been on it)
