Which rides can single mom and 2 kids go on together?

A friend of mine is going to Disneyworld in August with her 5 and 8 year old. I can't remember what rides can hold 3 people in all the parks. Anyone have a list or know where I can get this information about what rides she can take both kids on together?

Just off the top of my head at MK: Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan, Pooh, It's a Small World, Pirates, Jungle Cruise, Space Mountain, the train, I think Ariel you can fit 3 in a clam,

The others I think would be 2 in one seat, and 1 in the other.

Off of the top of my head...

EP: Spaceship Earth (2 rows but in the same car), Figment, Nemo, Maelstrom, Three Caballeros, Test Track, Soarin'

HS: TSMM (might be a tight fit but it's doable), GMR, Star Tours, ToT

AK: KS, Dinosaur

Many rides can accommodate 3 in a seat.

For those which don't accommodate 3 in a seat, though, the 8 year old can sit in a separate seat as Disney only requires those under 7 to ride in the same seat as someone 14+.

Splash and BTMRR can squeeze 3
At 5 and 8 you could have those 2 ride together in a front seat with mom behind.
