Which restaurants?

Of those, I've only eaten at Bluezoo, but my wife and I loved it. I'd eat there again.

I would go for California Grill and Narcoosees. The food is very good in both places and the ambience makes it feel special.

If you're worried about getting a good view of the fireworks, they have outdoor observation decks for you to watch the fireworks from, the narration and music is pumped in through speakers.

Of the choices you picked I'd personally pick California Grill and Flying Fish or BlueZoo, BlueZoo won us over monetarily over Flying Fish this time around but we're making it a point to try Flying Fish on our next visit.

Have you considered Jiko or Morimoto Asia? I'd say Morimoto Asia and California Grill will be the most lively. While Jiko, like Artist Point will be more on the romantic side.
