Which restaurants or food do you still want to try?

Is there a restaurant or particular food/snack in a park or resort that you haven't had a chance to try to that you are really looking forward to on a future trip?

I'm hoping to do an early breakfast at Crystal Palace someday. I'm also really disappointed we didn't make it to the Biergarten last time. Tusker House and Storybook dinning also look cool. Looking forward to one day trying those Ohana noodles and macadamia nut pancakes at the Poly!

Breakfast at Crystal Palace is so cute.

I’m hoping to try Takumi-Tei and its rather special delights. We have a lovely and highly honoured omakase restaurant here in my hometown. But the thought of experiencing it in Epcot is intriguing.

Shamefully I've never tried Dole Whip 🤐 it was on my list last time but along with a load of other things, and I never got chance to.

I always have a food/drink to try list on the go for all my holidays, and I already have one for my next trip next year, even though it hasn't been booked yet. On it so far are Dole Whip ofc, Lunch Box Tart from Woody's Lunch Box, Pretzel Nuggets from Block & Hans (if they're still around), a Taco Cookie from Erin McKenna's Bakery. I'd also like to at least try some cookies from Gideons and save up some extra money to go to Victoria & Albert's.

I really want to get over to the new Poly tower and try the burger at Wailulu. I'd also really like to try Jaleo in Disney Springs. It consistently gets rave reviews and for whatever reason we just haven't made it over there yet (so many good options in Disney Springs!).

I want to go to Victoria and Albert’s, try Monsieur Paul’s prefix menu, the cake bake shop, and Rosa Mexicana. V&A we will be saving for a special occasion but hoping to get to the rest in our next trip.

My upcoming trip is all new-to-me places that I've been wanting to try. Space 220 Lounge, Liberty Tree Tavern, Flying Fish, Cake Bake, Shiki Sai, San Angel, The Boathouse and Trattoria Al Forno. Looking at that list, I might have too much and may need to remove 1 or 2!

I have a few.

Hoop Dee Doo (the menu- sounds good to me, aside from the show)- we do play to do this in August

Eventually:
Homecomin'
Narcooses
Grand Floridian Cafe (may happen in August since we are staying at the GF)

There's more, but that's the top of my list for now!

We loved the Boathouse!

oh so many.

The Boathouse rubber ducky drink
Yak n Yeti nachos
Spice Road Table
Takumi-Tei
1900 Park Fare
CRT (never can justify the price)
Jaleo
Teppan Edo
Gideons cookies
Chicken Guy
Beaches N Cream kitchen sink sundae
Wine Bar George
eet by Maneet - this one is happening next trip

I just knocked Toledo off my bucket list (boy was I missing something good for so long!! Glad I got to try). Also finally tried the Polite Pig which was decent.

That leaves me with slim pickings in the missing department.
eet sounds like it’s worth a try and if I stay at Saratoga Springs this coming November, I’d like to experience Olivia’s.

Can't think of specific foods, but I can think of specific places. Whoops! I just thought of a specific food-the lemon-blueberry pancakes at Primo Piatto were recommended to me, but I haven't been able to get there at breakfast-time. Places, though-
Nomad Lounge
Artist's Palette-I've never stayed at Saratoga Springs, but I plan on it in January
Boathouse
Spice Table Road
Trattoria Forno for dinner-I've enjoyed breakfast there a few times and always meant to go for dinner.

And for the people meaning to try Eet, the bowls with golden curry (coconut, I think) it's great, similar to Satul'i Canteen.

I second this recommendation.

Places I'd love to try:
Sanaa
Topolino's
Takumi-Tei
Skipper Canteen
Round Up Rodeo
Artist Point
Homecomin'
Victoria & Alberts

Sadly the only one on this list that we are doing on our summer trip is Homecomin' since we are going with first timers so sticking with old favourites.

Olivia’s is at Old Key West

Last time we were there we had the DDP and I was more focused on on getting the most out of it so we ate a lot of big meals! More than we would normally. So we had no room for snacks. Next time (in September!) I am going with my 7 year old daughter and we plan on trying all the snacks! Not booking any ADR's - looking forward to trying these snacks in particular:

The new Mickey Shaped Bacon Pecan Caramel Cinammon Roll at Westward Ho (that name though!)
The Pongu Lumpia at Pongu Pongu
Cheeseburger Steamed Pods
The Cheshire Cat Tail

Those are the only ones I can think of at the moment but there is more! haha

There are a lot I would like to try, but I seem to always end up at the same places. Akershus is probably at the top of that list though.
