Which restaurants are reservations a must have?

Got the Blue Bayou...but what might some restaurants be that one would skip over? I'd like to try as many different things as I can, so if I need a reservation to get that done I'd like to be prepared.

I'd like to take DD to the Golden Horseshoe (was that it?), BB, Ariels Grotto & for some of thos lobster nachos I heard mentioned....any other dining experiences that are a must have?

I made PS's for Lilo and Stitch and Ariel's Grotto. I made the PS's for Ariel's Grotto 50 days in advance and there were not a lot of times left to chose from, so if you want to go there make your PS's soon.
