Which restaurant near MK for dinner?

Accidentally just posted on the resort forum...reposting here...

I just decided to change our ADR for LTT. When we ate there a few years ago, the food was good, but it was also a character dinner so a little more worth the $30 (it probably didn't even cost that back then!) Since we don't eat a ton, I'm not sure I want to spend this if we aren't also getting characters (when I think we could do a nicer meal for less.)

What are your suggestions? Here's the criteria:
-Table service
-Near MK (either in the park or a closeby resort)
-Enjoyable for DS (2yo)
-Not Chef Mickey's or Ohana (we already have ADRs there)
-Not Crystal Palace (DH didn't like the food on last trip)

Some places I was considering:
-1900 Park Fare (not sure if this is still too expensive, buit at least has characters)
-Kona Cafe
-Whispering Canyon
-Garden Grill (not near MK, but I've heard this is a good character meal?)

Which of these would be best or is there something I'm forgetting?

Ours kids liked Whispering Canyon Cafe. The servers did goofy stuff. They had horse races and did some other crazy antics. They have different foods, but we always did the canyon skillet. BBQ, Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Mashed Potatoes, Beans, and more but I can't remember right now.
Not everyone will agree, but my kids enjoy it.
This is the restaurant where you have to ask for the ketchup!

You are missing Ohana at the Poly.
That is a good one. But personally I would recommend WCC.

If you are picking from just them, I would go with WCC with your little one

We're doing Ohana on a different night- it'll be our second time. I agree that it is a good one!

My DD was 2 last year when we went to the Plaza Cafe on Main Street. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it had some kid food that she really liked that was different than some of the other stuff we saw (i.e. grilled cheese sandwich, her favorite). They also have great ice cream sundaes (with Mickey ears). It was a nice Victorian ice cream parlor feel that actually gave her a little relief from the constant sensory input. The adult food was very good as well. If you're not on the DDP, it's a little less exorbitant than some other choices. The fries and chips are also yummy!

Ditto the Plaza. We are going down in March for spring break with our college kid and we decided to go for dinner (we've always gone for lunch in the past). Tomato soup is awesome, and the ice cream is to die for. Especially the old fashioned milk shakes.

WCC is fun for the kids, DD really liked it, its so funny, fiance was laughing as our server threw straws and napkins at us. It seemed as though the family next to us did not tell their kids about the crazy antics b/c the mom and dad were laughing as our server did this and the kids were a little "put off" I guess you could say. They had no idea what was going on but it was so funny to watch. And the milkshakes WERE AWESOME, the actual dinner was moderate I guess you could say.
BUT I enjoyed 1900 Park Fare's food over WCC's selection. I also liked the 2 step sisters, they're hilarious!
