Which restaraunt would you pick out of the Monorail resorts?

On our last day we'll be at MK I was thinking about skipping out

on the fireworks saw them in Jan. and going and eating at a nice

restaraunt. I just want to jump on the momrail though and then

come back and catch a shuttle to our hotel. We have only tried

Kona Cafe, which we liked a lot but want something new!

Is this the only restaurant that you can see the MK fireworks at?

V&A's, do it right on your last day. But, I also enjoyed Kona and the Concourse Steakhouse on my past trip.

We really like dinner at 'Ohana's at the Poly you can see the fireworks in the restaurant or down on the beach after you eat. On our last trip we also had dinner at 1900 Park Fair in te Grand Floridian. No fireworks but it was the best meal of our trip.

Narcoossee's at the GF has a pretty good view of the fireworks, depending on where you're sitting. They do pipe the music in and they have an outdoor patio that you can go stand on and watch them also, then come back to your table. (They also have some of the best food we've ever had at WDW!)

You actually cant see the fireworks from Kona Cafe but you can see them from Ohana. Both of these are great restaurants and I dont think you could go wrong at either. :D

We like to end with a bang. Do you have kids? We love Chef Mickey's on our last day. You could monorail over to the Cont or even just walk. Another really fun place is Whispering Canyon in the Wilderness Lodge. You can take the boat ramp to WL and then back to meet your shuttle. The WL is gorgeous just to visit anyway.

If you want to spend some $$ the California Grille is an awesome choice! Plus you wouldn't have to "skip out" on the fireworks. You could watch them during your dinner.

Narcoossee's at the GF is delicious.:D

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I meant to put is

California Grill the only restaraunt to see the fireworks not Kona.

Now I want to try all of them!!!

Although you cannot see the fireworks from there, I'll put in a vote for Citricos at the Grand Floridian. It doesn't seem to get much press on discussion boards, but the atmosphere, cuisine and service are outstanding.

Lot's of depends going on there. V&A's only if you're planning on getting dressed up and spending a bundle.

Do you have kids? how much do you want to spend?

If no kids and no budget issues, than Citrico's or the CG. Although IMHO neither is a restaurant that you'd wear casual park attire to.

California Grill in the Contemparary resort. If you get the right PS times you could even see Wishs from there. The food and service is great.

We made ressies fro the CG at 7:30. The CM who took our PS said no bathing suits or tank tops. Park clothes are? Or what should we wear?
