I want to pick a place to eat to celebrate my 2 year old boy's birthday please help me decide.

I think he would love a character meal.

What characters is he into?

Chef Mickey I heard makes a big fuss over bdays.

At 2 can he handle all that attention and characters?

Not for bdays but we did CM for bfst, GG for lunch, CP fo lunch so for now I cant vote without more info:confused3

We took our son to Crystal Palace for his second birthday. They decorated our table and brought a cupcake and a card signed by the characters.

I voted for CP because the food is really good and I think a 2 year old would love Pooh and friends.

I voted for CP, but I think CM is also a good choice. I just choose CP b/c kids that age tend to be more into Pooh characters. They usually make a big deal at either place. At CM my DD got a placemat signed by the characters and a special birthday cupcake. They sang to her and made a big deal. I think CP is basically the same. Both have extensive buffets with lots of kid and adult choices.

My son loves all the play house disney characters. He loves Mickey, but I think his fav. is goofy (he thinks he is so funny, its cute!) use to be jo jo but he is not as much into that any more as he started watching noggin (by Nick)and now obi (the hand with eyes) is his fav. He also really enjoys pooh though.

Well then I dont think you can go wrong with either CM or CP?

CM had Mickey,Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Goofy.

CP had Pooh, Piglet, Eyeore and Tigger. Lunch food was really good.

We also did the H&V breakfast meal with Jojo, Goliath and Leo and June from the Little Einsteins. DS4 loved it. Thye danced and sang songs like "Hot Dog, Hot Diggity Dog"

Hope this helps!

Thank you, it does!

Chef Mickeys, with Crystal Palace as 2nd choice. Honestly either one would be a great way to celebrate a birthday for a 2 year old.

Is there a reason you're not considering the H&V Playhouse Disney breakfast? I know my son would love that one. He enjoyed Cape May, albeit a bit nervously. (I think he thought the characters were trying to steal his food and he's a very dedicated eater. :rotfl: )

I would choose CP with Pooh and friends. I think it is perfect for a 2 year old. :)
