Which resorts won’t have room renovations in November?

I’m looking at changing up my trip in November currently have a 2 bedroom villa booked at Poly and thinking of splitting it with another to save money. Booking cash through Disney. I don’t want to stay somewhere that is doing room renovations though.

I’ve mostly been looking at Copper Creek, but depending on what opens up and I move things around might pick something different. So just want to double check before I book anything.

Copper Creek I know has been undergoing room renovations, will do those be done in November?
Boulder Ridge was recently done I think so that’s a possibility.
I know BLT is currently doing room renovations that are supposed to end in September, but that could get delayed so not sure I should remove this as an option.
AKL I believe is starting in October so that’s out.
Riviera I don’t think is doing anything but currently sold out.
Same for Beach Club, although not sure when they are scheduled. If it opens up should I consider going there since they just redid their pool?
Boardwalk I can’t do since the two bedrooms aren’t available for cash.
I don’t want key west or Saratoga.
I think that’s all DVCs not sure if I’m forgetting one.

I loved Poly Tower but it’s very expensive which is why I’m looking to do the split. Also nothing is available for my whole trip to fully switch.

BLT reno got extended, but it wasn't clear if that was rooms or other parts of the tower, originally all rooms were to be done by Sept this year.

You left out VGF, its going through reno to parts of the hotel, but nothing with rooms right now.

If you are looking to split, Beach Club would probably be the best option.

Here's a handy chart

Copper Creek is supposed to be finished in September. I believe BC was just done last year, at least the DVC rooms. IIRC.

Thank you for this chart! Can’t believe I forgot VGF I love staying there lol. I think that’s only the lobby in the main building so that wouldn’t be so bad. The room difference in price is only like $40 so idk if it would be worth do the split for so little.
I’ll have to keep my eye out for BC since it’s currently sold out.
BLT is out then

AKV Kidani renovations start in Oct., but Jambo won’t start until next year.

Don’t know how long it will last, but ATM the bus stop at the GF is temporarily closed & pick up/drop off is in front of the Porte Cochere where DME used to pick up/drop off.

I love Jambo, but booking cash I can’t get a two bedroom anywhere but Kidani. Is the change in bus because of the lobby renovations? I probably won’t stay there since it’s barely cheaper than poly and next door so transportation won’t be very different

Not sure why or how long it’ll last, I’ve read they’re working on the convention center too & the bus stop is not far from there, so 🤷‍♀️. There’s also the ongoing road work on Floridian Way & I think they’re still working on the new Poly entrance as well. https://wdwnt.com/2025/06/work-begi...neys-polynesian-village-resort-road-entrance/
I’m hoping that by the time I return to the VGF in Feb. 2026, they’ll finally be done w/ all of the construction, it’s been going on for years now.

Construction seems to go so slow in Florida. Probably because there’s no winter

Poly also has a lot of construction going on at the entrance, the parking lot is involved. It's not rooms or buildings, but it is construction.

The construction in the Grand Floridian lobby is,obscene

For the month of November you are lucky to have the Poly availability and the weather can be tricky . You will have the convenience of the monorail to make this visit more enjoyable for your family to achieve that lifetime memory you originally wanted .
Please keep that in mind.
It seems you edited your original post, I think .
I remeber thinking that I hoped you would keep your Polynesian Reservation !

The Copper Creek / Wilderness Lodge lobby will be really crowded since the Grand Floridian will not have the GingerBread House this year,
That means really long lines for all transportion morning noon and night !

I currently have BLT for Halloween and Xmas/ NYE .
The rooms are recently updated and will be completed by September, I think …

I haven’t edited my post. I don’t want to completely get rid of my Poly reservation, just trying to split it with another hotel to help lower costs a bit since it’s so expensive. Our trip is earlier November so I don’t think there will be any of the holiday stuff out yet. We don’t normally go this early I would love to see the tree up at Wilderness. But I’m hoping since it’s not decorated yet the crowds won’t be too bad?

I ended up booking Boulder Ridge, but haven’t edited my poly stay yet I’m on the fence about it and know I won’t get it back once I remove some dates. I think I’d really like to add Beach Club but that’s only available in the middle of my trip so that won’t work
