Which resort in Oct - Poly or CR

DH and I are thinking about going in Oct. I know the CR is starting to go renovations, but when will the Poly start their renovations. Just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks.

I read on another post that POLY Hawaii Building (concierge) had been scheduled for June or July but that it's been put off until October. Concerns me a little because we are going 10/16 - 10/23, staying LVC. One poster said that they do the POLY renovations floor by floor and the building should still be open.
