Which resort has the most complimentary upgrades?

In anyones experiences, has there been some indication at which resort one might be lucky enough to score a complimentary upgrade at check-in for club level? Our first and only stay (so far) was Contemporary CL 14 th floor, so now we are spoiled..... We have ressies for Poly next October with the 40% discount, but, alas, a Garden view room, which I see from the postings is beautiful too, but not the same without the MK view and the "free" snacks during the day.

I have gotten a free upgrade from standard to deluxe savannah room at AKL but that was back when WDW was still having bad attendance trends nad the hotel was empty.
I have had great luck getting room requests at Pop and CSR which to me is as good as an upgrade. I have been to these 2 resorts a total of 5 times and have always gotten exactly what I requested, top floor, building # near pool, ect...

Our family was at the Polynesian January 25th thru Feb. 2 and recieved an upgrade to Concierge. We originally paid for a Magic Kingdom View. It was awesome.

Just from reading this board, I would say WL and AKL right up there at the top.
