is it port orleans/french quarter? can port orleans/riverside guests use it?

According to Birnbaum's disney book It is at Port Orleans French Quarter, it also states French Quarter guest may swim at Ol Man Island at Port Orleans Riverside.

Port Orleans is now one resort. So yes,you can use any pool in Port Orleans.

(I believe you were allowed to use the pools of each when they were seperate resorts as well.)

Yes, Port Orleans. It is a fun slide:D

Port Orleans French Quarter has the dragon slide. When Port Orleans and Dixie Landings combined, they named the side that used to be Port Orleans Port Orleans French Quarter. They named the side that used to be Dixie Landing Port Orleans Riverside. It is correct that if you stay on either side of the big Port Orleans complex, you can use any of the pools.
