We will have a *free day* during our trip and I want to check out another resort and get some good eats ... any recommendations??

Originally I though WL, cool atmosphere and I booked WCC but I have heard such mixed reviews I just do not know what to do.

I also think it would be cool to hit up the boardwalk or something like that.

So, which resort do you love to visit and get some good dinner??

WCC definitely gets mixed reviews, but they all do really. We've been there many times & love it, we're going back this summer.

We love Ohanas at the Poly, that resort is fun. So is AKL, and that has Boma and Jiko. Beach Club has the Cape May Clambake. I'm sure I'll think of more!

We did WCC--not again in this lifetime (unless we try breakfast).
We've done Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club and enjoyed that (breakfast and dinner); we are trying Boma for breakfast this year which gets really good reviews; we did Flying Fish some time ago--it was okay, but I understand it has gotten better. We also hope to fit in either Kona or the Wave this year (the Wave has been getting spectacular reviews).

I vote for Pepper Market @ Coronado Springs. Just remeber to get your food to go so that you don't get charge the 18% gratuity.

Any of the 3 on the monorail. You could spend a whole day just monorail cruising/resort hanging/eating at all the restaurants :-)

I like WCC, but I just got back and loved Ohana! (see my dining review) So my vote would be the polynesian.

You can go to 'Ohana at the Poly and check out the 3 restaurants on the monorail. It's a fun, family-style meal.

Another option is Flying Fish at the Boardwalk. We have had some great dinners there, and you can enjoy the BW, YC, and BC.

Just got back form the Beach Club and we loved both Beaches and Cream and Cape May Cafe.

I love Beaches and Cream!! The atmosphere is fun and relaxing and I just love The Beach Club!

I have to go with AKL=Boma:lovestruc I think this restaurant is just so pretty, romantic, peaceful, has the best food, & amazing desserts.

The resort itself, is a blast as well. Gorgeous lobby, cute black & white Mickey cartoons on some of the tv's in the lobby, & lots of animals to view up close! In the evening, they will give you night vision goggles to see them running around at night.

Animal Kingdom Lodge

Boma & Jiko

Good food & a beautiful resort!
