Which resort has the best contract now and long term outlook?

I presume you're asking about buying into DVC?

If so, there are numerous variables that can affect that decision.

What do you mean "long term outlook"? Reasons for keeping a contract for X-years? Potential for selling and making some profit?

In brief, "the best contract" is the one for the resort where you'll most want to stay and generally will stay annually or more often.

Beyond that, we need more information regarding your concerns to give any advice to speak of.
 
Nothing beats the SSR combo of price and contract length imo.....
 

Value is based on a Buyer as far as location, theming and overall what fits your needs best. All resorts are owned by Disney in the end so they are all equal in the end.
To some SSR is the greatest thing since the wheel Others GF others BC others WL..............................
I personally have only ever bought Direct so that would be my advice if you keep it a long time like we have the perks are worth the extra cost however this was not an issue 18 years ago when we bought.
 
Riviera and Grand Floridian look amazing and would be held for a long time.
 
For me, it’s Poly. But that probably is based more on my love for Poly than economic reasons.
 
One thing I find puzzling is why DVC members call themselves owners when they don't actually own anything. Just a thought that runs through my mind sometimes.
