which resort for fireworks?

We are thinking about going to wdw during the 4th of july next year.Do they have special fireworks for the 4th or are they the same as usual.Which resort would you recommend to stay at to view them.I would like to stay at wilderness lodge,but boardwalk is also a possiblity.Tell me what you think.

They are special at the MK. For the very best view stay at the Polynesian, concierge lagoon view. Almost all of those rooms have unobstructed views, and it's about the only way of getting a guaranteed MK view..

When we stayed at GF last year we liked to watch the fireworks by the marina. The kids would get ice cream and you could sit at the tables and have a nice view of the Fireworks and castle. Unfortunately the music isn't piped in but on the nights we just wanted to relax the kids loved to watch the fireworks and then go for a late night swim.
