Which reservations require payment in advance?

I just booked CRT for dinner in July and had to pay upfront for it. The new dinner there goes into effect Feb. 1st I think, so that's why.

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't they not actually charge you in advance but only put a hold on the card and then charge you if you don't show up? I understand that this is the way it is for reservations like the Fantasmic package.

I was charged $89.72 for an adult and 2 children on the Dining Plan. Is this right??

California Grille asked for my cc when I made the ADR, it will charge 10 or 20 a person if you dont show up for the reservation
