Which resale company is the best?

HI ROBINBUTTERFLY...We finally took the DVC plunge & are buying resale through **********.

Email them & ask to be put on the weekly email listings. They have been a joy to work with so far & the communication is excellent. Their website has great info too!

We are awaiting our waiver from Disney & hope to close in early March. Good luck! You will be in good hands!!!

The best one is the one that is listing the set of points that best fits your needs. Buyer fees and costs are pretty much the same for all - just have to figure out if you're on the hook for dues or not.

We've used, and been very pleased with, both The Timeshare Store (Jerry) and ************. We would recommend either. Look at both their websites to see what contracts they are selling and find the best one for you.

Ive used both timeshare store and fidelity and would use either again, depending on who had the contract i was looking for.

We have put in offers with all four brokers and purchased from two- Fidelity. I have been unsuccessful at purchasing through the Timeshare Store, although I have put in several offers over the past year with them.

We bought through The Timeshare Store for our 1st contract and Fidelity for our 2nd. I went with the company that had what I was looking for at the price point I wanted. They were both fabulous to work with. ROFR took longer the 2nd time around and we still haven't closed b/c the sellers haven't returned their paperwork (but that's a closing company issue). I would highly recommend either one.

I cannot see the answers provided unless it is Timeshare or Fidelity. I guess I can assume the others are the options that pop up when you google- "DVC resale"?

Jaki at A Timeshare Broker has been great and seemingly has many contracts at lower prices than some of the other sites.
