Which program is better?

Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Designer Version 2 Deluxe - and Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Designer Version 2 Platinum or "Best of Creative Lettering" Vols. 1-3 Combo CD??

I was mainly looking for the Journalettes but I want the program that is easiest and does the most. Im just now getting into even using any software in my cropping so I thought I would ask the pro's!
