Which "plan" is the best deal?

I'm not sure i get all the in's & out's of the new meal plan. We may ne going in feb/06 & i would like to start planning a budget. I don't know if we should be looking @ a simlpe magic your way plan & buy meals there; or try & get vouchers; or add a meal plan to the package?? We have 1 free day admission to the parks which is an "Ultimate hopper pass" left over from our last visit: since we lost a day due to the hurricane last Sept, Disney gave us a free day which dosen't expire. I have only gone to wdw the 1 time & I'm not good @ all the little tricks of how to get the best deals. We are from Canada so I don't think we are able to buy AP's. Help PLEASE!!

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I do believe all the vouchers expire at the end of this year.
