Which places can you get a milkshake/smoothie as your drink?

I know there are some restaurants where you can get a milkshake or smoothie as your drink. Do you know which restaurants do this?

When I've been eating at the following TS restaurants, they have allowed Milkshakes and Smoothies for drinks at:
-LeCellier
-Sci-Fi
-50s Prime Time

Main street bakery in MK.
It is a CS but the Strawberry Cream Smoothie is very good.

Coral Reef
Rose and Crown
Now you only get 1 no refill

Kona did smoothies that include non-alcoholic pina coladas and daquiries
Olivia's included them
The wave included them

Captain's grille would only give them as a dessert substitute
GF Cafe' didn't include them, but they gave it to us for our anniversary.

We only did it at Sci-Fi, but when we asked about ordering press pots of tea at Narcoossee's, the server said that "absolutely any non-alcoholic beverage at all" counted for the DDP, so I assume that includes smoothies/milkshakes if they have them.

Whispering Canyon -- milkshakes with free refills but smoothies you get just 1. Unless they bring you the wrong flavor, then you get two...
