Which pass to buy?

Need some input. If all goes according to plan, we will be down in Orlando around Feb vacation week (I'm hoping to arrive after Pres. Day weekend) for 7 days. We're hoping to do just WDW on a short trip this Nov, and we've done just WDW for our last 2 short tirps. My thoughts are that the Feb trip would primarily to do US and IOA and Seaworld - and other Orlando area attractions. We've never done Seaworld, and will probably stay onsite one night for FTL. What tickets should I buy? I'm leaning towards the 4 park Flex ticket, but open to other suggestions. We have two tickets, each with one day left for US/IOA.
