Which parks have lower crowds on which days?

I thought there was something that tells you which parks have less crowds depending on the day of the week. I am trying to plan my ADR's for Sept/Oct and would LOVE this info.

Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

THANKS!! My husband and I are planning the ADR this afternoon. Our children don't know that we are going yet so we have to keep them occupied with a Disney movie (what else)!
