Which Park on Veteran's Day?

Which park would be best on Veteran's Day (least crowded)? We were planning on doing MK in the morning and then heading back for an afternoon in the pool. We will be there from Nov. 7th to Nov. 16th so we don't need to go "commando" style.

The kids are going to Grand Adventures in Cooking leaving us parents with a rare free morning. In the afternoon we had planned to go the water park.
