Saturdays and Sundays in June?! Wondering what your thoughts are on this!

I would say Animal Kingdom or MGM Studios on either day.
EPCOT on Saturday.
I know that people have claimed that the Magic Kingdom is slow on Saturdays (due to travel), but I have not found this to be the case. Most people start off with the Magic Kingdom, which is why the other parks get crowded later in the week.
Of course you want to avoid any park that has an extra Hour of Magic in the morning.

According to one of many Disney sites I visit (can't remember which one), these are the slow days at each park...

MK-Tuesday & Wednesday
Epcot-Monday & Sunday
MGM-Monday & Thursday
AK-Saturday & Sunday

Average attendance days...

MK-Monday, Thursday & Friday
Epcot-Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
MGM-Friday & Sunday
AK-Wednesday & Thursday

Highest attendance days...

MK-Saturday & Sunday
Epcot-Wednesday
MGM-Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday

Sat at the MK has got to be the most crowded day in my opinion. People may be traveling that day but there are a ton of locals that go for the day..... I am a not so local (3 hrs away), but my sister is ..... and they go to the theme parks on Sat's...... Your best bet for a Sat would be Epcot. Even when that park is crowded, it doesn't feel or look it...... just my opinion
