Saratoga, because you can leave the car parked more easily to walk to Springs.

SSR is easier for DS althouh OKW has a boat which is nice. The question is what do you mean by good breakfast? if yo are looking for a TS then your option is OKW for Olivia's as SSR does not have a TS breakfast if you want a CS then SSR as it has a far better CS then OKW as well as you can go to DS for EOS.

I would pick OKW and have breakfast at Olivia’s. Is the boat to Disney Springs running from OKW? If so I definitely would take it.

Yes, the boats to/from Disney Springs are running from all resorts (OKW, Port Orleans & SSR) and they all stop at the Marketplace Dock. The Disney Springs Internal Water Taxi is not running.

On the dates in question the boats are going to be a madhouse and TS hard to come by, IMO. Good CS and feet are good

I love SSR because I can walk to Disney Springs and the rooms are renovated. However, Olivia's at OKW is nice and their rooms are huge. You can take the boat to DS also.

It amazes me that either one is available. My heart says OKW ,Olivia's in the morning and the boat to DS's. But logic say's take the room at SSR ,have a QS breakfast and walk over to DS's. Either way if you aren't in a hurry to leave on the 24th it's a win win . Have fun and enjoy your quick trip.
