Which of these restaurants require I call @ 180 days?

We're still deciding on a couple dinners, but will figure it out before our 180 day mark, which is coming up in a few days. Below is a list of restaurants we're considering. I'd appreciate your input on which I need to book @ 180.

-PSB
-Cali Grill or Jiko
-Hollywood Brown Derby
-bluezoo
-Teppan Edo (If we decide it's worth sharing a table with strangers.)
-Tony's (If we can arrange to watch Spectro during dinner. Tips???)
-Bistro de Paris (Do I need to call at exactly 30 days out?)

I agree, further you get away from the 180 day mark the harder is is to find the restaurant you want or time you would like to dine.

If you have decided that you want to dine at these restaurants than I would also book them all. As the others have said you can call back and cancel if you decide it doesn't work for you.
By the way, we ate at Teppan Edo on Saturday and it was wonderful!! The new decor is outstanding and the food was terrific. You can interact as much or as little as you want with the others seated at the table. I would not let that deter me.

Thanks for the input. We haven't booked our resort yet, because we can't decide which one to book. We really need to get on that. Anyway, in case we aren't booked by our 180 day mark, I'd like to not have to call every morning. Do you think any of these would wait a couple days?

I book all our table service meals at that golden 180 day mark. I guess I like to have it just the way I want it.
