Which of these are hot ADRs and will require a 60 day/6am booking?

I am going to be making a bunch of ADRs for the first week in February for a party of 6 adults. Although I plan to make all of these at the 60 day mark, which ones should I make a priority because they are hard to get?

1 - Round-up Rodeo (first night dinner)
2 - Oga's Cantina
3 - Fantasmic Dinner Package @ Sci-Fi
4 - Via Napoli
5 - Yak & Yeti
6 - Topolino's Breakfast (character meal)
7 - Garden Grill (lunch or dinner)
8 - Yachtsman's Steakhouse (dinner, just a party of 2)
9 - Steakhouse 71 (dinner)

Just looking at your list, the one that pops for me is Topolino's breakfast - that's been a popular ADR that can be tough to get. I've not made an ADR for Round-up Rodeo, but have read that can be tough, as well. As you know, that farther out you're booking within you week-long stay, the easier. But I like your chances of getting most of these in early Feb.

From my experience in Dec/Jan, 3, 5, 9 went very fast, maybe not 6am but definitely within a day

Topolino’s and Yak & Yeti will go quick. Round Up Rodeo usually has off peak times available for a few days.

Never booked a character meal but they seem to be very popular with Topolino’s being discussed a lot.
Clueless on the standing of Garden Grill, Round up and Olga’s.

Fantasmic dining packages are always tricky, Topolino's can go fast, and Steakhouse 71 is hard to get for dinner, easier for lunch.
