I am looking for a new Land and Sea package without WDW in the mix

I like the beach! Any beach will do.

I would really love a DVC St. Augustine - because it's such a neat place to visit (it has everything - history, nature, great nearby attractions) and the whole area would lend itself well to a cool Spanish/pirate-themed DVC resort PLUS it's a really nice distance from WDW for split stays.

We split our honeymoon between St. Augustine and Disney.

Disneyland Resort for me. It just makes sense for a Disney Vacation Club property to be located at Walt's Original Park.

My vote - The Caribbean. I doubt I'll ever see it though.

I hope the rumors are right and we will have an announcement in either Oct. or Dec. I voted for the Carribbean, though I think they will announce Disneyland first.

They all sound great! I voted Disneyland but really I would love to see any of these.

I would like to see a whole west coast push- DL, Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas- this would be great for the west coasters and give DVC a much wider appeal [geographically speaking].

Also- I would love to see something in the Fla. Keys. (Tropical vacation without all of the international fees)

Wouldn't it be incredible if they announced more than 1 new locale- ahh, a kid can dream, right?

I voted DL, but a close second was Hawaii, and close third something on the west coast of FL. DL makes the most sense overall, as they need something on the West Coast. Hawaii would be great, but the length and cost of the flight would probably prohibit us from going more than once or twice. The west coast of Florida I could see us visiting often. We loved Vero, but I think we'd enjoy the beach on the west coast even more.

Has anyone ever been to Seaside? It's a small town outside of Sandestin. It's like a little storybook-land. I could see a DVC there.
