Its been a long time since I have been to CBR. Can some of you experts give me some tips on where to request a room. We did not pay for a preferred location.

I would suggest Jamaica or Aruba.
Our thoughts exactly! :sunny:
I do like the corner rooms with double windows facing the courtyard.
You'll notice some folks don't care for the walk to the food court, but for us it is relaxing and gorgeous & not long at all.

As you can see we'll be there again this year--love that Carribean Christmas music they play!

Have a super trip!

Thanks for the advice. Jamaica or Aruba it is. I tried to remember where we stayed the last time but for the life of me, I couldnt. :(

And they had the Xmas music playing (still) when I was there January of '01. I LOVED IT!

We are also headed to the CBR over Thanksgiving. You say they play Christmas music Carribean style. :dancer:

Haven't been in a few years, but I'd recommend Jamaica or Aruba also. We've stayed in Jamaica 3 times. Aruba is right next to it. Like jonestavern, we also enjoyed the walk to the food court & shops and didn't find the distance a problem at all.

Last year, I stayed in Jamaica and loved it. It was a very close walk to buses as well as the food court/main pool... and also had its own pool as well, which usually seemed busier than the main one, which was weird.

Anyway, yes... during Christmas time they had great steel drum Christmas music... it was awesome! :goodvibes
