Which night Palo?

Two adults, no kids. Requested late seating.

It is my understanding (from reading these boards) that our rotation will PROBABLY be LAPLAPL since we have no children(?)

If all of that turns out to be true: What night should we shoot for Palo reservations?

YES, except the first night is casual no matter which dining room you are in -- even Lumier's.

I believe that there is no "best night" for Palo. I suggest starting by looking at the menus posted at Dave's or Barb's sites. Ask 7 people which menu was their favorite, and you will probably get 7 different answers.

Here is what we did:

We had late seating, and knew that we were probably not going to be shopping on St. Maarten until the last possible moment, so we scheduled our trip to Palo for 6:00 on Tuesday. We went to dinner at 6:00, went back to our room at about 7:30, changed into our Tropical clothes(because Tuesday is Tropical night), had some photos taken, and then joined our regular rotation at 8:30. We had the fruit appetizer, and then split one of the desserts. This way, we didn't miss anything (except for the film in the Walt Disney Theater, which we had already seen, and saw again when we got back). Next time, we will skip Lumiere's (or Triton's on the Wonder), since that was our least favorite. But again, that is a personal decision, since Lumiere's was the favorite of some of our tablemates.
