Which MK monorail resort?

I'm trying to get a sense for how much to budget for our trip next October. It'll be DH, myself, And our kids that will be 2 1/2 & 9 months when we travel. I was leaning towards BLT because of the short walk to MK, but I'm worried after reading about the cramped studio space that it'll be too crowded with sofa bed pulled out and a pack n play. GFV and PVB both have the smaller pull down beds, which would be ideal for our 2 1/2 year old and save space, but I'm wondering how many owners are already renting points for these resorts. Which resort would you choose/ which resort do you think we'd be able to find an owner to book at 11 months out?

I can't imagine what a BLT studio would be like with both the couch out and a pack and play up- just don't plan on moving with them both out- at least the couch would need to go up anytime you are awake and the pack and play may need to depending on where you locate it. There are some rentals available at VGF and PVB but you will probably be paying a premium charge to stay at either of these resorts especially at 11 months out. While I own at both BLT and VGF I am not at a place where I rent out points for either and if I did I would probably only rent them for a premium amount and otherwise find a time to use them myself.

At BLT couldn't the 2 ½ year sleep on the the couch without opening it? You could put down a sheet to protect the couch. And then there would be plenty of room for the pack 'n play.

I noticed the couches there looked pretty deep earlier when I was looking at pictures of BLT earlier. I think that may be great option for us.
