Hi Everyone, We are heading to the Fort for Thanksgiving with 2 other families. They asked us what loop we wanted to request, and we have NO idea what to say. All 3 of us have kids, and large campers. Also they said that they would do their "best" to keep us together. Do you really think they will/can do that?

Thanks much

We may need more info to answer you.:)

Full hookup?
Partial hookup?
Any Pets?
Want cable?
Close to the Meadows or close to the Settlement?

Loops 100 and 400 are THE best loops IMHO.
I've stayed in either of those loops several times. They're right by the outpost, the beach, the dock, Davy Crockett's Tavern, Trails End.......well, they're just close to EVERYTHING :)
Only thing is, they don't have cabins (well they do, but they're for staff only)
That's a big bummer, cause we're staying in a cabin this time :sad1:

This should help you:

http://www.wdwinfo.com/resortmaps/fortwilderness.htm

Loops 2100 to 2800 are the cabins

Loops 2000 & 1500 are partial hook up sites

Loops 100 to 700 are preferred sites

Pet sites are on 300, 500, 700, 800, 900, 1600, 1700, 1800 & 1900 (I think I got them all)

The only change to this map is the number 3 point of interest "Coachman RV Display". It's not there any more.

Loops 100, 200, and 300 are pretty tight. The other loops seem a bit more spread out. :thumbsup2

Our favorites are 700, and 300. We like the proximity to the marina, Settlement and Meadows. They are also pet loops.

We always request the 800 loop. It's close to Meadow Trading Post. In addition, it's pet friendly for our furbabies.
