I have not been to Costco in 10+ years, but will be there tomorrow.
Which items do you purchase there?
We are a small family (3), and I don't want to be pulled into the "must buy 10 pounds of Cheetos" thing and purchase stuff that will be wasted.
I am thinking more on the lines of paper products, and HBA, as well as stuff that can be frozen that is not huge bulk.
What do you purchase when you go to Costco??

The thing is I NEVER buy paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) at Costco. I can get them cheaper elsewhere. I always get my waffles from there, hamburger, steaks, cheese, sour cream, coffee, snacks, bacon, chicken breasts, spinich and cheese raviolis. Anyways the point is to really know your unit prices on stuff before you go. My family just went the other day to buy some stuff and I had a coupon for cheerios but i failed to read that you had to buy 2 boxes two save three dollars. Well we actually like the generic cereal at meijers so for us it was not worth it to spend 10.00 on cheerios. We could get 5 flavors of different cereal. Anyways again the main thing is to have a idea of what things are priced at the local grocery and decide if it is a good deal at costco for you. Oh yes we get our life water at Costco
