which is the closest hotel to Downtown disney

There are a bunch but wondering which hotel is actually closest to downtown disney that you can actually walk

I think the hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd are the closest. Like a Hilton and a Wyndhm or something. They are on disney property, but not disney themed. I think there is 5 of them.

There are seven hotels at Hotel Plaza (which is a short hop from DTD). Though these properties are on WDW property, they are not Disney Owned & Operated.

• Hilton located in the Walt Disney World Resort
• Holiday Inn in the Walt Disney World Resort

thanks i knew the hotels but wanted to know if any were closer of a walk to DD than others. I was looking at Doubletree & Buena Palace as they have 2 room suites.

Hi, Tami,

Buena Vista Palace is the closest. We stayed there July 08 and it literally is across the street from Disney Marketplace. We LOVED walking over so quickly each night! We really liked the hotel, too. For the price, it was hard to beat for how nice it was!

Buena Vista Palace! Where we were married.. the closest to DTD.

The Grosvenor resort is also just across the street from DTD, we had a great stay there in 2006
