Which is the better time to go?

I have 3 options for our first trip to Universal/ IOA/ Seaworld. I am particularly interested in the best time to go in relation to crowds and weather. We do plan on staying site and getting the express pass. Our three options are the five days BEFORE Thanksgiving 2009, the week of February 16th 2010 (Mardi Gras here in New Orleans), or the first week in June 2010 (pretty far off I know). My concern about November and February is that we might not be able to enjoy water rides or pool at resort because it will be too cold. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would go the first week in June, mainly because of the weather. I've been to Orlando in Feb. before and the weather could be either wonderful or cold (we've had both). I haven't been in November before, but just got back from an end of October trip. While we were there the weather was great but I understand from speaking with people who were there right before we were and right after we were that they had some pretty cool days/nights. I love the water rides at IOA so I would definitely want to be there when it was warm enough to ride them!

That would be my recommendation as well. In June you'd have to deal with the heat and humidity but the weather now is wonderful!

Since you will be staying onsite lines are of no concern to you. I would look at how you like to tour (cooler weather or warmer weather) and base your choice on that.
