which is rarer, fourth of july hat, or crown?

ok, i'm just wondering, which is rarer: a fourth of july hat or a crown???

yeah i thought so, but i traded away my last crown, and i have 2 fourth of july hats, so i was going to trade one for a crown, but nobody would make that trade!

I guess it's all in the perception of a trade, as Mal has said more than once. See, I wasn't around when they were selling the princess crown. but I have like five of the 4th of July hats. So, to me, the princess crowns are rarer in that I have to trade the moon to get them. Technically, though, neither are available for purchase any more, and many people have both so they are probably about even.

yeah I'd say crowns, bc they just had the 4th of July hats a month ago.

The crown has been sold three times, the hat once. On that same note, Boys cannot wear corwns, so half of the players can't wear them. I'm guessing the crown

You mean the 4th of July hat is really that rare? And someone offered me one for my churro pin and I turned them down, too...

Then again, I guess it's all a matter of perception. I'd rather have rare pins than rare costumes anyway (with the exception of Jack Sparrow).

I can think of a way that that would not stop boys from owning a few cowns but I would agree even though it was sold like 3 or 4 times it is harder to pry a crown out of a girls hands if it is her only one then the 4th of July Hat.

The hats were on sale more recently, so more people have the hat than the crown, because more people were around to get it. Plus the whole boy-girl thing.

In several months, when more people have joined and the crown has gone on sale again (which it might around Halloween) the hat will definitely be more rare. That is, until it goes on sale next year (if it does).

okay, thank you all!!! personally, i like the fourth of july hat better, but a girl can never have too many hats!!!! they're my favorite part of VMK!!! (besides friends of course!)
