Which is less busy for July 4th 2020, the week before or the week after (the 4th is on a Saturday)

Or weeks just might be the same. We are trying to incorporate the 4th into the vacation mainly because our employees have off,not so much because we need to be in Paradise, although that would be nice. We are doing a split Oahu/Kauai stay and can go to either island first. So as far as Aulani and Oahu in general which week is best - the week before or after? Kauai could be the second leg or first so we could always spend the forth in Kauai . There is also that option to skip it altogether if it is that bad and come another week. Thanks all!

The week before because it will be observed on Friday, July 3rd, so offices will be closed on Friday.
