Since you've posted this in the Dining Plan forum, I'm going to go with a DDP value answer.

Breakfast at Tusker is $27-30 for an adult. As long as you order something other than a sandwich at Rainforest, you will easily surpass that amount with your entree, dessert, and drink order. So, for a better DDP value, I'd go with Rainforest.

One other consideration. Rainforest is not technically IN AK, but just outside the entrance. You can enter the restaurant from inside AK, but it is a long walk back to the entrance to the park.

It all depends on if you want a character breakfast. We did Donald's breakfast for the first time in May and loved it. My DS 6 1/2 and DS 4 loved it and loved all the characters in their safari attire. Plus the breakfast was quite good especially for a character meal. We had a 10:15 reservation which was great because they not only let us have the breakfast (which is restocked until breakfast ends) but also try the lunch since we were there at the tail end of breakfast. We love the Rainforest but since we have one in NJ it's not a novelty. My choice would be the character breakfast at Tusker House.
