which hotels have Free or cheap parking, breakfast, and fridge or microwave?

Free Parking Park Vue Inn, also a basic free breakfast. Microwave and small fridge.
HoJo's, Free Parking, small fridge and microwave. No Breakfast
Residence Inn at Clementine, Free Parking, free cooked breakfast, large fridge, microwave and a kitchen, so stovetop, pots, pans, etc.
Comfort Inn on Katella, Free Parking, good breakfast, small fridge and microwave.

Candy Cane Inn includes parking, decent breakfast, and a dedicated shuttle to and from the parks (even though it is easy walking distance). The rooms have a small fridge and there is access to a microwave near the front office.

We just stayed last month at Park Vue Inn - Free parking, full, hot breakfast included in cost (cereals, fruits, eggs, sausage or bacon, make your own waffles), and frig and microwave in room. The frig even has a freezer compartment that did freeze water bottles - perfect for keeping food and beverages cool in the backpack cooler. And you literally CANNOT get any closer to the parks. I paid $120 AAA rate per night. And my teenagers had separate beds with the bunk. Very reasonable. I will stay there again.

Best Western Park Place Inn has free hot and cold breakfast and a fridge and microwave. I don't know how much parking is because we never take a car but there is a parking fee. This is our 'go to' hotel.

I stayed at Stanford Inn and Suites in December 2014 and it has the following:

Free Parking

Free WiFi

Microwave and Fridge in room

Continental Breakfast (the basics – yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffle maker, etc.)

It’s a little further down Harbor (maybe a mile away) but has an ART stop right outside and we were always able to get to the park in about ten minutes. The rooms were spacious and the price was great (just under $100/night I believe).

You have room price + fees. So if $150 place has free parking it's not really free...especially if $100 place charges $10 for parking. The best value that's close is probably desert inn (was also on Groupon as a mystery 3 star deal recently) Annabella has a fancier breakfast at a decent price (also was on Groupon) #nothingisfree

The Groupon for the mystery Inn is the Desert Palms Inn & Suites. I believe there is a Desert Inn that is closer to Disneyland. Just so there isn't any surprise if someone gets the deal.

I will be staying at the Desert Palms next week (using the Groupon deal) and it comes with Free parking, Free internet, free buffet ( hot) Breakfast and fridge & microwave in room. I think it's still walkable - looks to be behind Carsland in California Adventure - but further away then some of the other hotels. The Groupon deal was the best I could find - with taxes my per night total was $140 per night ( $105 per night before taxes).

I get the two mixed up all the time, inn is closer and more expensive. Reviews I've read favor palms. I'll be there in december

I'll let you know how it goes. I'll be there next Thursday. I really like the Marriott Residence Inn on Clementine but that was $180+ tax a night for the nights I was going to be there. Those rooms are spacious and I don't expect our room at the palms to be as nice but I'm sure it will work.

Castle inn(across the street and a little down), Annabella(Katella near Disneyland Drive), and Indigo(down Katella before Gardenwalk) all have free parking.

If you pay for Club level at Anabella (which CAN be quite reasonable) you get breakfast for 2 in their dining room. Although they show a basic choice of breakfasts, it's actually a dollar amount that you can put towards anything on their breakfast menu. (their huevos rancheros dish is very very very good)

The Anabella Hotel DOES NOT have free parking. Their standard parking fee is $15+tax/night, and second vehicles are charged an additional $20. NOR does the Anabella offer "free" breakfast as a standard. Occasionally, the Anabella will offer specials/promotions on their website or through deals sites like Groupon and LivingSocial that will include free parking and/or vouchers for breakfast (bacon, eggs and potatoes, or fruit and toast) at their onsite restaurant, Tangerine Grill & Patio. I believe their concierge rooms may include breakfast.

However, based on personal experience, if you show up to breakfast with vouchers, prepare to be treated as a second-class guest.

Desert Inn is very close and has free breakfast and a micro-fridge combo, but the parking is expensive and there is a resort fee (comes out to about $15 total extra per night). They do have underground parking and valet, which is nice.

The Quality Inn on Katella (also a more updated one near HOJO) has cheap (like $2) parking, a breakfast that includes make your own waffles, and a micro-fridge combo. The hotel on Katella is across from the Paradise Pier Hotel parking. We have walked from there before, just cut through the Grand CA hotel. This hotel used to have good prices whenever we looked, but the last few times it seems it's been just as expensive if not more than Desert Inn, but it's not as close as Desert Inn. When the prices are that close I'm willing to pay the extra parking fee for Desert Inn and forgo the hot waffles for the more basic breakfast. Being close is nice when it's an affordable option.

If you want free breakfast and close I suggest you look at the hotels that offer that before considering the cost of parking. Roll the cost of parking and any resort fees into the total cost of the room per night. Most sites will let you see what your cost plus taxes and fees will be before purchasing. Pick a few and then compare distance and price.

We just did a last minute stay at Desert Inn and suites as I found a room last minute for $89/night direct !! We really enjoyed our stay , it was relatively quiet and we were on the 3rd floor by the elevator. The beds can be a bit firm but we like them that way. The wifi was pretty bad lol but not a huge deal. We loved the proximity and wouldn't hesitate to stay again though even with the $9.00/ night parking and $6.00/ resort fee.

Was only $248 for two nights across the street. A good deal for us :)

I'd say that's definitely walkable, just not right across the street. Looks like it may be quicker to cut through the Grand, but I'm not sure as I haven't stayed at any of the properties directly adjacent to the parks.

Not within walking distance, but I did just get this email from Travelzoo (forgot I was signed up with them), LOL:

Do not stay at the Hyatt House or the Springhill Suites if you want free parking or a good breakfast. I didn't like either of their breakfasts and they charge a ton for parking. Nice hotels though. I have been hunting for a good hotel breakfast in the area and so far the best I have had is the Embassy Suites but it isn't walking distance. If you find a good breakfast hotel let me know, cuz I want to stay there. We are big breakfast people

After double checking, it is very possible(extremely probable) that I hit a promo at Anabella without realizing it. Sorry about that. Though I never had experience with their breakfast vouchers. That seems a bit scary.

No need to apologize. I just wanted set the record straight. And also, I would never recommend the Anabella to anyone who might be swayed to stay there because of a complimentary breakfast.
