which hotel and rates

looking for some advice on which hotel. this will be our first non-diney resort trip and I am a little nervous! We are looking to go late June or early August. Where should I go for the best rates/discounts?

ps we are traveling with three children: 10, 3, and 6 mo

The best rates are with the Entertainment rate, Annual Passes and the Fan Club. Late July is HIGH season in Orlando but discounts can still be found, especially with the Ent. Rate, if you're fast.

Call 1-800-Be A Star and ask for all available discounts. If the Ent Rate is available, get an entertainment book at www.entertainment.com.

Any of the hotels are close to the parks compared to WDW. HRH is a 5-10 minute walk. It would mean that you could walk easily without folding up the stroller (especially nice if the baby is sleeping). We stayed there about 18 months ago and enjoyed it. We are staying at RPH for our April trip. I figure we will try PBH when we're not required to get two rooms (we have 4 children) or can get a great entertainment rate.
