which hospital would be best piont of contact if I take ill. transverse myelitis -ms

I have recurring transverse myelitus (spinal MS) Does anyone know which hospital I should get too if the worst was to happen on holiday and I had a relapse. ( one dodgy area is at C2-4 so if that goes again I could be in big trouble very quickly so would want specialist care - just want to put the best hospital to contact in the travel stuff so my DH knows its there - then not think about it again).

I'd suggest asking your doctors if they have a recommendation. Doctors are frequently familiar with doctors from other areas that they have met in training or at conferences.
