Which FP+ do I try first? FEA or FOP

My FP+ window opens in a few short days, and I'm finalizing touring plans and FP+ strategy. I'm hoping for a late day FEA FP+ at day 60 and for a morning/early afternoon FOP FP+ at day 60+5. Which do I prioritize for booking? (We're doing EMM, so don't need to worry about 7DMT). Thanks for the feedback!

I would definitely look for FoP first and then immediately look for FEA. However, since FoP is 60+5, you'll probably be fine if you reversed the order of priority.

I’d go with FEA because you want it for Day#60.

As long as you are flexible for FoP at 60 + 5, you shouldn’t have a problem.

If it helps, I just checked for FEA availability for January 14, and there was still availability 20 days out (6:45 pm and later)....

Thanks! Is there any advantage to getting FoP earlier in the day? Like, if there's both morning and early afternoon slots available, which is generally "better"?

If you are planning to ride FoP with a FP and you don’t care about NRJ, you can head to other areas of AK without having to deal with Pandora first thing in the morning.

NRJ a few minutes before the park closes is a good strategy if you want a short wait without having to arrive well before AK opens.

Most people come at rope drop and rush to FOP so most of the other rides are very short wait times in the morning. I would wait until later in the day to ride FOP and hit the rest of the park in the morning while everyone else is in Pandora. Make any other Fastpasses for rope drop + 2 hours...
